PNP Certifications was established to specialise in independent and impartial certification of business management systems in ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
Your Responsibilities
In engaging in a professional business relationship with you, there are certain conditions around the certification process that you need to follow.
This includes on-time communication, timely provision of the requested information, audit bookings, paying your fees, and confidentiality, among others. The information stated below outlines your obligations as a certified company and our obligations in providing this service to you.
Our Responsibilities
As per our contractual agreement, we also have responsibilities to you. We commit to providing suitably qualified personnel to perform the services, considering any complaints and appeals where dissatisfaction with the service has arisen and carrying out the audits to verify the conformance of your management system against the specified standard(s) in an impartial, professional manner.
Confidentiality
PNP Certifications understands that confidentiality is a main principle throughout our management system framework and within our certification services. At all times, we maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of such information. Confidentiality agreements are in place with our clients and staff, including our impartiality committee, external auditors, external technical experts, interpreters, guides, certification bodies and any other organisations or personnel where required.
PNP Certifications makes the client aware during the application stage as to what information will be put on the public domain, including any public registers. Any other information already made publicly accessible by the client is considered to not be confidential information. Other than information made public on our Register or as required by law or regulatory bodies, PNP Certifications will not disclose information to a third party about any of our certified clients without the written consent of the certified client or individual concerned. Where it is required to be disclosed, the client will be made aware of this and of what information is to be disclosed prior to the disclosure.
Suspensions and Withdrawals
Any certificate issued may be suspended and subsequently withdrawn (based on the severity of the breach and a resolution period of maximum three (3) months) in the event of any of the following defaults by a certificate holder. Such breaches include but are not limited to:
Not arranging Surveillance Audits within due dates
Lack of implementation of corrective actions
Failure to pay appropriate fees
Continued misuse of accreditation symbol / logo e.g., misleading publications, advertising etc.
Any suspended status of the certification will be made publicly available on our register. All certificates issued are the property of PNP Certifications and, upon withdrawal, the organisation is liable to return all original and copied sets to PNP Certifications in the event of any of the above defaults. Upon withdrawal, the client shall discontinue its use of all advertising matter or other documents that contains any reference to a registered / certified status. The withdrawal shall be informed to the public through the client's website or other suitable means.
